Cancellation Policy

Dear valued customers,

Due to increased demand and in an aim to ensure your appointment is protected and valued I am putting this payment policy in place, effective today:

1. Any cancellation less than 24hrs before the appointment time will result in the payment of 50% of the appointment price.

2. Any same day cancellation or missed appointment without notice will result in the payment of 100% of the appointment price.

3. Therefore all appointments have to be paid 50% in advance before the booking can be accepted.
